Our 8 person barrel sauna is one of the favorite spaces at Cedar Bloom. The sauna conveniently overlooks the river, which is perfect to run down and jump in for cold dips! The sauna seats upto 8 guests. It’s a perfect space to destress pre wedding! Use of the sauna is included for your party and all guests with the exclusive rental rate.

Our beautiful Wedding Garden area overlooks the Illinois River and seats up to 75 people on the hand built wooden benches (made with wood from the land itself!) With overflow seating areas holding up to 150 total guests. The landscaped garden area includes a wooden footbridge that takes you into the wedding area, and an entrance archway for the wedding party to enter through. The stage itself is a beautiful hand-built semi circle, complete with a circular archway that is perfect for decorating to your specific theme.

We have 2 gorgeous hand-built shower houses here on the land with 12 showers total.  One shower house is more private and the other is our communal shower house which overlooks the river and has an open floor pan with 4 showers inside.  Many have shared that the Cedar Bloom bath house was the best shower they’ve ever taken!

We have a mile of the Illinois River that runs through the land.  We also have one of the most amazing swimming holes in all of Southern Oregon! Generally the river is used for photo shoots, but we have also seen wedding ceremonies take place here as well. There are a few different private riverside access points, both a deep swim hole for playing, and also a large flat rocky beach area that is perfect if you are envisioning your dream ceremony right on the rivers edge! 

Our tea house is located right next to the wedding garden area. It is fully stocked with all sorts of medicinal herbs and teas. many grown from our own garden! The tea house can be used as you wish! In the past, this space has been used in a variety of ways - a pre-ceremony bar and waiting area, a space for appetizers and drinks pre and post-ceremony during the family photos, a space to hold the groomsmen before the wedding, or just a cozy area for your guests and wedding party to relax in while you are on the land.

We have 8 Eco-Zoic composting toilets which means that all of your guests offerings go right back to the land to feed our fruit trees. These composting toilets have little to no smell and are kept super clean! You may want to consider renting additional toilets if you plan to have a wedding over 300 people or have lots of city folks coming that may not be used to the country livin’.

We’re grateful to be able to offer some of our hand picked and curated goods from our Camp Store and community. We’ve put together a collection of our favorite apothecary items, books, nourishing foods, jewelry, and clothing just for you! Our on-land Camp Store also carries camping basics such as snacks, batteries, insect repellant, camping bowls & utensils, games, journals and much more!

Campers are welcome to use our communal kitchen for all of your camp meal needs. The kitchen includes two commercial ovens, a 9 burner range and even a walk in cooler. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans as well as cooking utensils.  You must bring your own spices and oils as well as cutlery. Many folks just bring their own camp set ups and prefer to cook on fire and at their own sites as opposed to using our kitchen.

Located in the middle of the forest, close to the main meadow is our “Tennis Court” area, which is basically a big slab of concrete. The area measures 80’ x 28’ and is a perfect place to hold your reception. There is nearby power for this area, and a fence surrounding 3 sides in case you want to hang lights around the court. We have seen this space used for dinner, dancing and more. For those colder months, many rent a giant wedding tent for this area and use heaters underneath to make things extra cozy!

Our Sun/Moon stage can be used in a variety of ways. We have had bands and DJ’s perform on it, with the meadow in front serving as the perfect forest dance floor! The stage has also been used to host the wedding party for their dinner celebration, with all other tables for guests set up on the meadow in front of the stage. It’s up to you how you wish to use it, and it’s included in the rental rate!

The main meadow is another space for you to creatively use for your celebration! The meadow is about an acre, which provides plenty of space to hold a large wedding ceremony. We have seen this space used to hold the ceremony itself, with chairs and our movable arbor all set up and decorated to create a dream wedding scene. Most commonly it is used as the reception area, where you can set up your dance floor or hold your dinner. During our off-season in November through May, this area holds our communal fire space.

Our walk in cooler on site is every florists dream! Floral Arrangements can be made onsite the day of or even days before and the walk in cooler holds them perfectly. This Space can also be used to hold the food if the wedding meals are being prepared on the land. It can also be used as a general area to store guests food. Walk in Cooler measures 10x5’.

Utilize this unique hand build bar however you’d like! Add photos and souvenirs for a guest check-in and welcome table! Or, set up your cocktail bar here as guests mingle and enjoy the scenery before dinner. The bar is yours to use and decorate however you wish!

The Geodesic Dome is the perfect place to hold the Bride & Groom. A romantic and unique space complete with a Queen bed and cozy linens. Spend your first night together as husband and wife in this magical dome home.

Cedar Bloom is the perfect place to host your “Glamping” wedding multiple day campout. With 100 acres of land, we have plenty of space to hold all of your wedding guests overnight. With the exclusive rental, all of your guests are welcome to camp on the land for the days you have rented the property. RVs are also welcome, but we do not have RV hookups. We also have canvas tents available to rent for an additional cost. Our team can have these all set up for you, ready to receive your guests for your wedding experience! Out of town guests are also welcome to stay additional nights before or after the wedding, and can book through our hipcamp site if they’d like to extend their stay with us.

Our 3 hand-built A-Frame cabins are super cozy at 100sf, with an additional deck that is great for yoga or napping. The cabins include 2 twin beds, which can be pushed together if desired, along with linen bedding. One side of the cabin, which is made of a unique clear window to the forest, can be opened fully, allowing you to sit among the trees while cozy in bed, or it can remain closed off to the elements while still providing a forest view. The A-Frames at Cedar Bloom are a Favorite for many wedding parties and guests. They’re also great for Photo opportunities! All 3 tiny cabins are included with exclusive rental of the property.

The Forest Gnome Dome was built during a two week workshop with Dome Gaia. Sleep cozy as you dream about gnomes and fairies!  The gnome dome is ideal for two people with a queen bed inside. The round shape makes for truly special acoustics and sound inside.

Relax in our vintage 66’ Trailer. We love a great refurbished trailer and this one is a perfect forest gem. Comes with a sink, gas stove,  propane heater and electricity. There is a picnic table, fire pit and overhead shelter for you to use as well.

The One River Cabin is a cozy two bedroom cabin nestled in the woods, and just a short 2 minute walk from the main wedding area. The downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and the upstairs loft has one queen bed. The cabin comes with its own kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower/tub. Enjoy the wood burning stove and heating unit in the winter, or the cool river just a short walk away in the summer! This space is generally used to hold the family of the wedding party.

Cedar Bloom has some lights set up near the camp store and forest marketplace area, but if you choose to host your reception or dinner in the main meadow, we offer 4 outdoor light strands as an available add on. These come with movable wooden stands + sand bags so you can set up a lighted area of your choosing. Easy to set up, move and take down how you’d like, the twinkle lights are sure to make your reception just as magical as you imagine!

The skylodge tent is a beautiful option to provide shade and shelter for your group. For smaller weddings, you could set up dinner tables under the SkyLodge, or make it a game tent or an after-hours hang out lounge. In the summer months, this tent is set up in the main meadow to the left of the main stage and can also be lit up with the twinkle light add-on if desired!

If you’re flower people (like us!) having fresh cut flowers from the very same land that you’ll be married on is a dream come true. Cedar Bloom has a variety of incredible Dahlias and other flowers blooming throughout the summer months, and now you can utilize these magnificent blooms in your wedding decorations, arbor, table centerpieces and bouquets! We offer your choice of flowers and also a choice of amount: per stem, per bucket, or full floral service. You pick or we pick, whichever you prefer we got you covered!

If you and your guests are excited to camp on the land, but coming from out of town or don’t have your own camping gear, we offer 3 sizes of canvas tents for rent. Add these onto your wedding package for your guests to utilize, or have your friends and family rent a tent directly through us as needed. The tents come unfurnished, so guests will need to bring their own bedding, but the tent will be all set up and ready when they arrive!

The main wedding garden is a dream wedding location for a memorable and picturesque ceremony, and Cedar Bloom also offers the possibility for alternative ceremony locations. If you prefer to say “I do” under the canopy of trees in the forest, or out in the main meadow under an open sky, we have a small movable wedding arbor on the land that you’re welcome to utilize. This small arbor is super simple, easy to move around and able to be decorated however you envision, making your wedding truly unique and yours.

Available for rent are 60 white plastic folding tables and 70 sturdy white plastic folding chairs. The tables are 6 feet in length and seat four people comfortably or six people with seats at both ends. Once rental price gives you access to as many tables and chairs as you’ll need and you'll be able to set them up wherever you’d like on the land.

The Octopus tent is an ideal add on for the hot summer days and warm summer nights on the land. People will often set these tents up as cozy lounge zones or shade tents for the afternoon hours. Cedar Bloom has two of these tents on site and you can let us know where you’d like them set up for your wedding weekend, then decorate them however you want when you arrive!

For smaller weddings, we have a set of cutlery available to utilize. This simple stainless steel set comes with 75 each of Spoons, Forks and Knives. One less thing to rent and coordinate elsewhere!
