What is included in the daily rental fee?
In addition to the 100 acres of pristine forest and meadows and mile of river access, our daily rental fee also includes all of the hand-built structures on the land that are unique to Cedar Bloom.
These features include:
Grassy and meadow flatland camping accommodations for 300+ guests. Daily rental fee is 24 hour usage, 12pm-12pm, and includes open camping for all guests.
100 acres of majestic forest, almost a mile of river frontage, and acres of flat grasslands
On site parking for up to 400 guests
Your choice of: Hand-built large circular wooden arbor and deck for wedding altar (does not move locations), OR small rectangular wooden wedding arbor which you can decorate and move throughout the land to a location of your choice.
6610 SF (110 x 60’) cement area for dinner, dancing and more
Rehearsal time on previous afternoon : 1 hour for immediate wedding party to rehearse ceremony (This does not include a rehearsal dinner, party, or additional guests. Half-day land use can be added on to cover rehearsal dinner or additional time)
A fully-equipped Commercial Kitchen
8 person Barrel Sauna with deck overlooking the river
3 tiny wooden A-Frame Cabins, each sleeps 2 guests
One bedroom within the main house to use as Bridal Suit. This includes a large mirror, separate entrance and access to back deck, and a bathroom and shower to get ready in. (Day use only, no overnight accommodation inside house)
Two bath houses with a total of 12 showers
Composting toilet facilities for up to 200 Guests
20 Wooden picnic tables (spread throughout the land, must be moved and put back by clients as desired)
A large main stage for performers or speakers
Power access in main meadow area
Half hour drive to the California Redwoods, An hour to the Oregon Coast and Ashland.
Cedar Bloom Rental Additions:
Half day land use (Friday Rehearsal Dinner) *20 people or more. $600 Includes trash service. Use of the land for rehearsal dinner or small gathering from 2pm-10:30pm. Must respect other campers & guests and share communal areas. This is for a non-party atmosphere only!
ACCOMMODATION ADD ONS: Prices are per-day/night unless noted otherwise, and include set up and breakdown.
River Overlook Dome - Queen bed, a private oasis nestled in the forest. Perfect for the bride and groom. - $250 per night
One River Cabin -sleeps 6 people. With heating, wood burning stove, loft, full kitchen and bathroom. $333 per night (Cabin is not always guaranteed available, please be sure to reserve Cabin ASAP for your wedding if needed)
Gnome Dome- Queen Bed, $222 per night
Vintage Trailer Accommodation - 1 Full sized bed - $188 per night
A-Frame Rental, additional nights, $133 Per cabin, per night
Rental of Small Canvas Tent 9’- $75 per night (10)
Rental of Medium Canvas Tent 13’- $ 100 per night (4)
Rental of Large Canvas Tent 16’ - $ 125 per night (1)
*All tent rentals come unfurnished. Guests will need to bring their own bedding/mattress. Price includes set up and breakdown.

10x10 White pop ups- $25 per day (10 available)
Firewood - $10 per bundle (while season permits. Fire ban in effect from Mid June - September)
Tables & chairs - $60 per day. These are white sturdy plastic, tables are 6 feet in length. 57 total tables, 70 total chairs. Must set up and breakdown yourselves.
Cutlery: 70 total each of Forks, knives and spoons. $25
16’ Octopus Tent- (2) $125 per day
52’ SkyLodge Tent- $900 for weekend rental
Lights: Twinkle lights for dance floor or dinner set up (4 strands) $25
Sound System options:
Wedding Ceremony Sound System: $75- This includes 1 speaker and 1 microphone - Set up by Ceremony Garden for wedding ceremony.
Simple Sound System- Reception: $150- This includes 2 main speakers, a simple mixing board with hookup for laptop/phone, 1 microphone. Set up by reception area of your choice for music, DJ, dinner toasts and announcements
Advanced Sound System - Reception: $250 - This includes 2 main speakers, 2 subs, Larger mixing board, 3-4 mics and portable cordless PA. Set up by reception area of your choice for live band
